According to the results of the China Electricity Council (CEC [2017] publication No. 81) “2016 Country-Wide Evaluation & Competition for Energy Efficiency Level of the 600MW Thermal Power Units; Beijing Longyuan Cooling Technology Co., Ltd.’s projects for the construction of Air-Cooled Systems came in first among the entire industry.

This selection is based on the "National Thermal Power Generation Coal Unit Competition Management Evaluation Approach" (2016 version) related requirements, which includes both 600MW and 1000MW for National Thermal Power Generation Units and Coal-fired Power Plants. Energy efficiency standards across the power plants are measured through benchmarking several indicators, namely - Reliability, Economic Efficiency, Technical Supervision and Environmental-friendliness. There are several rounds during this evaluation - first by analysing publicly available data; followed by on-site verification; then finally the panel’s final assessment and confirmation.

After going through this entire process, the optimal Power Plant would be chosen. Beijing Longyuan Cooling Technology Co., Ltd. is the fourth largest supplier of Air-Cooled Systems for power plants in China, and thus our projects were also put through this rigorous assessment.

Among our competition for the 600MW category Air-Cooled System’s list of winners, 4 units attained first prize for energy efficiency. Out of those 4 units, Beijing Longyuan Cooling Technology Co., Ltd.’s participating projects accounted for 75% of them, taking up 3 of those 4 awards; out of the 5 units which were awarded runners-up, Beijing Longyuan Cooling Co., Ltd.’s participating projects accounted for 60% of them, taking up 3 of the 5 awards; out of the 7 units awarded third prize, our company’s project took 1 award – the Chaoyang Yanshan Lake Power Co., Ltd., No. 2 unit.

In addition, in the list of the optimal unit for power supply coal consumption, Beijing Longyuan Cooling Technology Co., Ltd. participating in the construction of Guodian Hami Coal and Electricity Development Co., Ltd. No. 1 units among them; plant power rate indicators optimal crew list, Beijing Longyuan cooling technology limited The company’s participation in the construction of Guodian Inner Mongolia Energy Co., Ltd. cloth with power plant No. 2 units among them.

These achievements attained by Beijing Longyuan cooling Technology Co., Ltd. is truly an affirmation of the 10 year old company which provides International Professional Air-Cooled Systems, and has been awarded a total of more than 30 direct and indirect air-cooled projects.
